1 Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP)
A California State mandated program, under governance of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). Under the DDTP the California Telephone Access Program (CTAP) distributes telecommunications equipment and services for individuals certified as having functional limitations of hearing, vision, mobility, speech and/or interpretation of information.

A national resource for researchers, planners, providers, self-advocates, families and students in the field of aging and developmental disabilities retardation.

Primary goal is to give parents an opportunity to share ideas and learn from each other. Much of the information on this site comes straight the parents with disabilities who are living their lives and successfully raising their children. Has a listserv.
6 E-bility
Provides links to a wide range of international information, resources, services and products of interest to people with disability, their families and carers, as well as health professionals and other service providers in the disability sector. Based in Australia.
7 Cornucopia of Disability Information
A community resource for consumers and professionals by providing disability information in a wide variety of areas. It consists of both an Internet Directory of Disability Information and a repository of electronic disability documents, dating back to the early 1990s. Many of the documents on CODI are publicly available nowhere else on the Internet.
8 Disability Resources Monthly (DRM) Guide Disability Resources on the Internet
Disseminates information about books, pamphlets, magazines, newsletters, videos, databases, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, telephone hotlines and on-line services that provide free, inexpensive or hard-to-find information to help people with disabilities live independently.

Non-profit organization promoting communication and providing people with life-long disabilities, their families and caregivers increased access to information, communication and opportunity.

Serves as an information exchange about educational support services, policies, procedures, adaptations, and opportunities at American campuses, vocational-technical schools, and other postsecondary training entities.
