Are you the parent or primary caregiver of a child ages 5 years 11 months or younger?

Do you have a physical disability, chronic health condition that causes pain or fatigue, or a vision disability?

Through the Looking Glass is conducting a national survey, funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR). The purpose of the survey is to find out about the current parenting strategies and supports that are used and needed by parents and caregivers who have physical or vision disabilities.
